Yes — as a NAPIT registered electrician with C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing, I issue EICR, EIC and Minor Works certificates compliant with BS 7671:2018.

Do you handle the full project or just the electrics?+

Both. I regularly lead electrical packages on fit-outs and coordinate directly with architects, project managers and other trades from design to sign-off.
